Just purchased and received the Versa 2 however, I am very disappointed. There is a firmware update available for the watch that isn't downloading. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and the watch with no luck. Now, I have a $200 watch that is useless because the update will not download. I have an iPhone with the iOS 13.1.2. I understand that with new update, the watches were having difficulty with notifications however, haven't found anything that address a new watch and the download.
