New app dashboard, I haven’ rec’d it yet.

Is the new dashboard still rolling out.   On the App Store the graphics have been changed to reflect the new version but  I have tried deleting the app from my apple phone, then reinstalling it but I still see the old dashboard.

Yes, it's still rolling out and will get to you soon. Just make sure your app is up to date so it's ready to use the new design when it's made available to you.
