New dash board stops counting steps at 9,999

I tried out the new dashboard using my charge HR. It appears that the steps stopped counting after 9999. I switched back to the old dashboard in advanced settings, reset my fit bit, and it begin counting my steps again. Not certain but it may be a bug with the new dashboard. For now I will use the old dashboard and try again later.

Hi @richard21476

Have moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

Your post will get more attention here.

@richard21476 That's really weird. Out of curiosity what type of iOS device are you using and what iOS version is it running (ie iOS 8, iOS 9.3, etc)?

Also, does rebooting your iOS device and the reopening the Fitbit App help?

Keep me posted!

Hi Derrick. I am using IOS 9.3.2 I have not had an issue today. I am using the old dashboard currently. I did not try to rest my IOS device. I had read some other comments about turning off the clock display and resetting the fit bit then resyncimg the Fitbit then turning the clock display back on and syncing the fit bit which did not clear the issue. Unfortunately I have a desk job and rarely I reach 9,999 steps. I'm willing to try the new dashboard again to see if I can reproduce the issue. I do like the new dashboard much better than the current one.
