I recently purchased a flex2.  I have my old flex on my account & app.  Can you have 2 devices at same time on app.  Or should I remove old one.  Can I register new on iPhone app or do I need to use my computer

You can have 2 devices at the same time, as long as it's not two of the same device. For more information, see http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1715/
