New friend not showing up on my list.

I sent a friend request through email and it was accepted but nothing is showing up under friends for her.

When your request was accepted, did you receive a confirmation? If so, it's possible your friend's privacy settings are configured in order for her to remain hidden from other people. If that's the case, she will need to modify her privacy settings by going to Account > Her Name > Badges and Trophies > Privacy Settings and change the privacy to Friends.
