@NewPhoneSync I can help! What's important to note is that you don't need to be Bluetooth bonded to your iPhone to sync. To get you set up, I'd recommend pairing the tracker to your Fitbit account using the "...Adding an additional tracker to an existing account" instructions listed here.
Once your tracker is paired to your account, click here for instructions on how to sync your tracker.
Keep me posted if you need any additional help!

Thanks for your response! However the device is already connected to my account it's not a new one. I have a new phone and can't get the tracker to sync it's data. My account keeps saying "looking" I have tried to re-install the device and restart it but neither have worked.

@NewPhoneSync Even though your tracker isn't new, I think that re-pairing the tracker to your account will help you out. I don't mean to sound redundant, but the following steps should help:
1. Restart your tracker.
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Re-pair your tracker to your account using the replacement setup process. If for some reason you run into trouble re-pairing your tracker to your iPhone, it is also possible to re-pair the tracker using a computer too.
Hope this helps!
