The new landing page for the app is deeply disappointing. Ever since the app updated I’ve had nothing but problems, either with data lag or various bits and pieces not syncing with my Charge 4, and today my active HR/bpm is absent from the widgets.
I’m getting so fed up with this now, and though I’ve been a fitbit user ever since the fitbitOne was launched, I’m seriously considering changing to a different tracker.

@Casey76 Some other users are also reporting that they don't get their live heart rate on the mobile dashboard. Do you use an Android or iPhone? Also, what version of the Fitbit app do you have? I have an iPhone and my Fitbit app is version 4.01. Other users have received 4.03. Tap on your profile picture > Help & Support to see your app version.
With respect to your other lagging/syncing issues, I'm having some like yours, too. I am giving feedback through internal channels. I hope we see improvement.

I’m having similar issues , bpm does not show in my Today view anymore , I have to scroll down to view it . I suspect an update changed this behavior ?? . Not user friendly at all .

I completely agree. It would be great if they had give us a choice prior to changing it. Ts complete **ahem**e.

Agree. New app is a step backwards. Dull looking home page. Battery percentage is gone. Makes no sense. Not sure I’ll stick with Fitbit when my subscription is up.
