New notifications on the app not showing

I’ve tried it all, my notifications (on the app) are stuck at June 17, 2018. I’ve tried swiping up from the bottom and tried deleting them individually but nothing works and yet it still says I have new notifications but I can’t see new notifications?  Making me crazy, please help.

Hey @CarianneS nice to see you around. Thanks for letting us know that you're having a hard time getting new notifications in the Fitbit App.

 

I'll be happy to answer this for you. When it comes to the in-app notifications, these will delete themselves every 30 days. So the oldest ones if they're more than 30 days old, they will start disappearing. Cat Embarassed

 

If this isn't happening, you can log out from the app, restart your phone and then log back in. There is currently no way to manually delete them.

 

By the way I'm moving your post to the iOS board for categorization purposes.

Hi

im really grateful for your help but unfortunately it still won’t work.  See photo attached. BD75391F-0548-459A-ACAF-D5D42DEE51A2.pngAll notifications from June 17th and back don’t delete, in fact, it won’t let me swipe at all.  I’ve changed my password, logged out, logged in, turned phone off, turned phone on. Nothing gets these old notifications to move.  Worse yet, is the annoying little red bubble that indicates I have new, unread, notifications. And I’m one of those people who can’t stand unopened email and unanswered voicemails 

 

But I am very thankful for your help.

Also you say notifications disappear after 30 days?  The only notifications I have are nearly a year old and I’m no receiving new notifications at all.  I have only January 2018 - June 17, 2018.  

 

This is my 3rd tracker that developed problems. It’s getting discouraging. 

 

I do hope someone can help.
