New phone, old charge

I recently cracked my old phone that my Fitbit was connected to and was unable to open any apps due to the damage done. I got a new phone and dowloaded the app again and signed in but my charge won't sync to my new phone and I can't turn the Bluetooth off of my old phone. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can fix this? Thanks 🙂

It's nice to see our Community is growing @Fianaka! Welcome sweetie! Cat WinkPlease restart your tracker by following the steps provided in here. Then follow these steps:

 

1. Turn off the Bluetooth on your mobile device.

2. Turn off your mobile device for 25 seconds and turn it back on

3. Turn your Bluetooth back On on you mobile device

4. Open your Fitbit app, and try to set up the device as a new device by following these instructions.
