New tracker will not connect to the app

Hey. I just got a replacement tracker because the band on my charge broke. I charged the tracker and it will not connect to the app. The other tracker is dead and there is not another tracker around. Nothing happens. The Bluetooth is on. It tries for about 10 minutes before it times out. If anyone knows a solution, please help.

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @SHERITAPlease try these useful troubleshooting steps to resolve set up issues. If this doesn't work and you have a computer available, it could be a good idea trying with the computer to see if it works.
