No activity minutes showing... heart rate in “cardio zone” and still nothing 😢

Hello @Panad, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. When did you start experiencing this issue? Which tracker are you currently using? Have you restarted it lately? Please note that the Active Minutes are not based on your heart rate but on the intensity of your activity. It's also possible the Fitbit app is not updating the information correctly with our servers, which is why I would like to suggest you to go to the online Dashboard and check if your Active Minutes are correct in here. If so, I would like to recommend the following:
- Force-close the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app.
- Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
