No Sleep Stats & Wrong Day in Sleep Graph on iPhone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Charge 2 that is not displaying any sleep information on my app. It *is* displaying properly on my computer dashboard, but not on the iPhone app. Although even on my computer dashboard, when I choose "see more" under the sleep tile, I get a message that says error... but one problem at a time.

On the app, it does not show the number of hours I slept, the time frame I slept, or the sleep stages. It simply says, ""How did you sleep?" Even though I have been wearing the tracker nightly.

In the "Sleep" screen, it shows no sleep information on the data at the bottom of the screen since May 25, 2017 - no sleep stages or even the old sleep pattern. It simple has no information passed May 25th. However, in the bar graph, it shows I've met my goal - for the wrong day! Last night was Tuesday, but the bar graph shows I've met my goal for Wednesday night. This is obviously incorrect.

Here's what I have tried to fix the problem so far:

Reset my tracker

Ensured my Fitbit was up to date

Ensured my app was up to date

Sync to computer

Checked to make sure I was in the correct time zone

I have not re-paired my tracker because I am afraid I will lose all my past data. Will I? Should I try to re-pair my tracker? What other options should I try?

Hello @ElleHeart, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

First of all, I would like to apologize to you for the delay in the response and ask you if you're still experiencing issues with sleep stages and stats using your Charge 2. If so, as you mentioned that the information is not displaying on the app but on the online Dashboard, please try the following:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. If this doesn't work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

If your tracker is still not detecting your sleep, please put it on your non-dominant hand, make sure it's well secured but not tight and monitor it for the next couple of nights. If your tracker is still not tracking your sleep, please feel free to reply!
