No calories burned when logging a manual activity

I did 30mins workouts at home following video clips, but my Alta HR only detects that as Active Minutes. I would manually log the exercise however, the populated calorie burn is always zero. Shouldn't it have an estimated calorie count since it detected my heart rate through out? The first time worked , but yesterday and today this problem happened. I have already restarted my tracker thrice. Grateful for your advise.

Hello @prettymomwannab, I hope you're having a great day, it's nice to see you around. Smiley Happy

Are you trying to log in a custom activity? Since when you're having this issue? As you have already restarted your tracker, I would like to suggest you to log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in, this in case the information is not updating correctly with our servers preventing the calories burned to appear.

If you're still having this issue afterwards, please take a screenshot of your manually logged activity and the active minutes shown on it so I can check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply as well. Smiley Wink
