No information shows in app after syncing.

Hi. I’ve had my Fitbit since Christmas and had no problems. Since yesterday it has stopped registering any activity/steps/sleep. I have charged the device to make sure that isn’t part of the problem and the app is fully up to date too. It says that it is connected and synced so I don’t understand why it’s not showing any of my information. Any help please?? I am on an IOS phone and it’s the Fitbit flex2.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Have you restarted your tracker lately? If so, I would like to suggest you to go to your online Dashboard and check if your information is showing here. If it is, I would like to suggest you to try the following in the app:

 

  • Force-quit the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app. If this doesn't work, please:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
