No lean v fat data in app

I have the app on iPhone and it's synced to my aria. Why ate there no lean vs fat numbers? All I can see is a circle for lean and one for overall weight but no numbers or clickable options to expand the circles

At present, the Lean vs. Fat "graph" on the web based dashboard is not displaying. This has been going on for a few weeks now. Chatted w/ a Fitbit moderator last week about this and he was not aware of any problems, said he'd pass it on to technical support but as of today, I still have blank screen with no data.

@kthrynileen welcome to the forums! I see, so this is from the Web Dashboard? Are you also having this issue from the Fitbit app? Do let me know. Cat Very Happy

If our Support Team has told you that they have passed it along, then I'm sure they have passed this to the correct department to take a deeper look into this. Cat Wink

Thanks a million for your patience and I'll be looking forward to your new comments!

I'm not seeing the info in my phone app either (took me a minute to find where that would even be). I scrolled over several dates and they all look like this one.

@kthrynileen thanks for sharing these screenshots. By what you are describing and for what I'm seeing from the two screenshots you posted, it made me think that perhaps there was no body fat logged and, that's why you don't have any Lean vs Fat data. Try logging this information and let me know about the outcome!

It used to populate the data automatically, like the BMI graph - only stopped doing so just recently.

@kthrynileen thanks for getting back to me! Actually, the body fat doesn't automatically populate unless you log it manually or with an Aria scale. Try logging your body fat in the Weight Log settings. Just here:

It was actually... I used to enter the weight and when I clicked on the BMI chart, a pop up would come up when I put the cursor over the date and show me the BMI number; then I would click on the Lean vs. Fat chart and do the exact same thing. I've actually contacted tech support and they looked at my graphs and agreed that something was wrong but have so far been unable to correct it. I have never entered the body fat number manually in the box next to the weight entry.

@kthrynileen it's great hearing back from you! I see, very interesting development indeed. By any chance, do you have any screenshot of when it used to work before? In that way I can pass this along to our devs and engineers. Thanks a million for your patience and continued follow up to resolve this!
