No live heart rate in the Fitbit app

My pulse is not shown in the fitbit app but is shown on the fitbit screen. It stopped working today and i have tried to restart both the app and the fitbit without any success. I can still see my resting pulse from earlier dags but the ”live pulse” is not there. Everything else is up to date and works both in app and on the actual fitbit. Please help!
