No longer receiving notifications from my iPhone to my charge 2

Notifications set to on on my charge 2. When I try to set them in the app I get an error saying charge 2 and phone not paired. However they clearly are as the app is updating with. all the other information. Please help.

Hello @Rach45, it's nice to see you in the Fitbit Community. Despite your tracker is syncing to the Fitbit app, you need to make sure the notifications are enable. So it's possible it display a notification to pair your tracker if this process has not being completed, although I'm sure you know all about this.
