Hi I’ve recently upgraded my phone to iPhone 11. All of my notification settings are set up correctly on settings, Fitbit settings and on the device itself and I was receiving messages to my Fitbit with my old device. I’ve removed the device and re-added it but still don’t get the notifications to my Fitbit? Any suggestions would be appreciated! is it maybe not compatible yet with the new iPhone?
Thanks this has worked which is fab! I’m confused though as I never had previews on with my old phone and they used to come through fine? Thanks anyway though.
