Since updating to app version 4.0.6 my data hasn’t transferred to the app. Since the health metrics aren’t transferring I don’t get sleep details . Once in a while everything works, but since Dec 11 I’ve only gotten all of my metrics and sleep details 5 times.
so basically the app has become worthless to me.
Can this be fixed quickly?
As shown on the above screen shots from this morning’s data, it states 3 metrics were in my personal range, but the Health Metrics card only shows 2 with data. This is really getting old.
I’m using an iPhone 13 with iOS 17.3 (Beta), have tried two different Sense 1, one Versa 3, and a Sense 2 with similar results.( yes I have a collection) I have removed and reinstalled the Fitbit app 3 time and even tried an iPhone 7, but it must be the app itself.
Please Fitbit if you can’t make the app reliable there’s not much point!
