No notifications after connecting my telephone with otter Bluetooth devices

I finally figured out the problem with my inspire 2. My inspire 2 is connected with my iPhone. But every time I connect my phone with another Bluetooth device ( for instance headphones or speaker) the inspire 2 stops sending notifications.  It won’t recover either after I disconnect the other devices. Never had this issue with my previous inspire HR. Does anyone know how to fix this?
