My chart this morning indicates 1:45 minutes of "sleep" during a 1:55 total sleep period. Fitbit is not showing sleep cycle data for this time of 1:45, just a solid block of blue 'sleep' time. How many hours of non-restless sleep are required for fitbit to start generating sleep cycle data that includes REM, deep sleep and light sleep? Thanks!

I found this:
Why don't I see sleep stages today?
There are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:

I'm not 100% sure but I have a feeling that it needs to be at least 3 hours for it to give you an analysis of your sleep.

Thanks for the reply. Does fitbit staff have a definitive answer for this?

You can click this link Fitbit-Contact us which will allow you to live chat so you can talk to someone or you can email them, depending on how quickly you want a response. I will still try and look for you though.

I'll try not selecting the "begin sleep now" option and will post back in a few days. Last night, had two blocks of over 3 hours that weren't properly analyzed.
