I have the latest app and updates but no sleep score? Everyone else I know is getting one. Why is mine not working?

Are you getting your sleep stages? You don't get a sleep score if it is unable to track your sleep stages and gives you the simple sleep tracking.

I have the same problem with Versa... Just got it about a month ago to replace the Charge 2... I thought the Versa is an upgrade but it is not... The Charge 2 gives sleep score every time I use it.. the Versa never did... FITBIT should fix this instead of telling the customer a bunch of lies about wearing the Versa differently when sleeping.. I have tried all the suggested actions but nothing works... Shame on you Fitbit!
