No synch button on new app

My Fitbit app had become disconnected, but when I signed into the app again yesterday I saw a newly designed version of the app. Problem is I cannot find the synch button on it. Where has it gone please?

@KryssieS  Touch your screen lightly and pull the screen down.  You will see the name of your tracker.  Pull down far enough until it says Release to Sync.  Voilà.
