I installed an apple update this morning on my iPod and now my Ionic won’t sync. Any ideas?

Hi matey, I managed to sort it with a reset. Hold left and bottom buttons down until the Fitbit logo shows, about 5 to 10 seconds. Should start syncing. Good luck.👍

I called Fitbit and they had me restart the Fitbit. No luck. Still not syncing.
