None of my health metrics have been recorded

Hello, I’ve had my FitBit Versa Life for awhile and I’ve never been able to see my heart rate trends, skin temperature, blood oxygen, etc. In the health metrics tab after sleeping and I have taken all the steps to reboot the app. I have the most recent update, I wear my Fitbit every night, I have a premium membership, and my iPhone is also up to date. Is there a way that I can view this information in the health metrics section?

Sorry to read this. If you have done all update, have a premium membership and wear the Sense correctly, I think your last action should be to contact Fitbit customer support: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
