I am getting my messages but the reply option is no longer there just the “clear”. I had a galaxy 9 and recently got a iPhone 11 and that’s when it stopped having the reply option. I tried everything in the past articles

I'm afraid the Quick Reply feature only works with Android. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2344/
