Not able to see all my progress on app

I recently had to restart my Fitbit one due to a syncing problem. Once restarted, the app will not display all my progress. I can't see my sleep, my steps or my stairs. When I click edit of the top left, I can chose to take displays off, but no other options are shown. How do I get these displays back?

Hi @Ellekate, I think I can help you out!

First I'd recommend making sure that you are signed into the correct Fitbit account, especially if you have multiple email addresses. If you don't remember your password, our password recovery tool should help.

If the troubleshoots mentioned above don't apply to you, I'd then recommend using the replacement setup process to re-pair your tracker to your account. Click here for instructions.

Hi @Ellekate

Moved this thread from the One to the iOS App section since being a app issue & increases the chance of getting a solution.
