Not getting notifications on Versa

I have not been getting notifications through on my watch from before Christmas, all the updates, both on phone and watch have been done. Turned off and in again the Bluetooth, basically gone through everything I’ve been advised and still not working. Anyone else have the same issue? Or have been able to fix it. So frustrating

can you please confirm if there are still compatibility issues between the iOS and Fitbit, I am still not receiving notifications for text messages and WhatsApp.

 

i have taken all the steps that have been suggested and still no joy. I have also been in contact with support team and I am not satisfied with the responses, I am being asked to do the same things over and over again or getting a reply with an additional question every time, don’t understand why all the questions can’t be asked in one email

 

not happy at all
