I am red hot flaming angry that I say forgot password and I don't get emails. I am not migrating to google. I have a fitbit account. argh!!!

I have looked in every folder it is not there. I am not moving over to Google. This is my fitbit account I have had for over 6 years. I want to reset the password.
Google - fitbit is sending email telling me my battery is low .. so I know this is the right account ...

I've just noticed that you have already followed the steps suggested in our help article How do I change or reset my Fitbit password? I appreciate your time in this process. In fact, i've confirmed that you have already got in contact with our customer service support. This being said, my best advice it to keep the communitcation with them. They count with better resources to assist you further.
