Not pairing

After 2 months of working perfectly, I cannot sync my fit bit with iPhone. I removed the app, starred over and it won't pair the device.

Hi @Jean1966 and welcome to the Community! The following steps should get you back on track:

 

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Use the replacement setup process to re-pair your tracker. Click here for instructions.
