Not possible register/search/update activities

I’ve had my Fitbit for more than two months now and it’s still not possible to add/search for new activities nor to change the activity type for an already registered activity. Isn’t registering activities what it’s all about? I’m almost embarrassed on your behalf and am strongly considering to smash my Fitbit to pieces with a Kettlebell…

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with adding activities or changing the activity type. Thank you for trying to resolve this and providing the additional details. I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

After that try to add or edit an activity. You can confirm the steps to do it at How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

Hello, yes, thanks, I've already tried all of that - from looking at other threads and seeing that I seem to be far from alone with this issue. Seems to be language settings related.

It’s still not possible to log activities. My iPhone is set to Swedish.
