New Fitbit purchased 13/8. Unable to receive any notifications. Followed troubleshooting advice and have reinstalled and received some notifications but not text messages. I have emailed, pm’d via twitter and Facebook plus online chat and no help at all.
Today 14/8 I have reset to factory settings, now receiving nothing at all.
Any ideas would be grateful

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iOS mobile device you're currently using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa Lite are correctly configured.
After verifying your settings, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

It seems like every time there’s an update I don’t get notifications anymore. The last time I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and my notifications appeared. This time I tried the same thing and still no notifications 😞
