My Fitbit charge two no longer shows messages but shows when I’m receiving a call on my iPhone 8 ??

Hi @SunsetRunner. It's nice to have a new member around the Forums.

 

I'm sorry that you're not getting text notifications on your Charge 2. Since you have an iPhone, let me share that we've received reports about the notifications not working correctly after updating to iOS 13. Our team is continuously working on this to bring a solution as soon as possible and they've shared some tips in this thread which have worked for others. Please keep an eye to that thread so you can receive more updates about this situation.
