Hi @OregonFit. It's good that the community is growing!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let's work in this together. There are some factors that may prevent your Fitbit device from syncing, so make sure of the following:

  • The software on your iPhone is up to date. To check, tap Settings > General > Software Update.
  • Your Fitbit device and phone are within 20 feet.
  • To avoid any interference, turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
  • If you use more than one device to sync, make sure the other device isn't nearby.

If those conditions are met, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Remove your device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app an reboot your phone.
  3. Make sure your iPhone is connected to a strong WiFi connection or mobile data.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and wait until it syncs.
  5. Then tap the Account icon > Fitbit device image > Notifications.
  6. When prompted, proceed to pair via Bluetooth.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks! I finally got it working by taking my phone and Charge 3 away from my WiFi. Suddenly the phone found the Charge 3. Go figure!
