I am no longer able to sync my Fitbit with my phone, I am also no longer getting notifications on my Fitbit. My iPhone has the latest software. I have tried deleting, repairing, shutting both devices on and off. Nothing seems to be working

Hi @Sammy09. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the troubleshooting steps tried on your own. Since your Fitbit isn't syncing correctly, this should be the reason why the notifications aren't working either. Even though you've tried some steps before, please give one last try to the following:
- Remove your Fitbit and any other device from the Bluetooth settings.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
- Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. See this link.
- Force quit the Fitbit app as described here.
- Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit with the steps from this help article .
- Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
- Choose your Fitbit from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.
Once your Fitbit syncs, you can set up the notifications one more time. For detailed instructions, check this help article.
