Hello @sherry5226 and welcome

I see your having syncing issues. Hopefully I can help you resolve that issue and get you back up and running again. Let’s try restarting your Fitbit Tracker. You can see the instructions on how to restart your tracker here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186

If restarting your Fitbit Tracker a couple of times does not resolve your issue then I would suggest force shutting your App. Try this:

log out of your Fitbit App

now force shut your app by swiping the app upward to close

turn off your iOS device and wait 1-2 mins then restart your iOS device again

now log into your Fitbit app as you normally would with your email address and password

now test your syncing

😃 Please let me know if this indeed resolved your syncing. Keep me posted. I’ll be around

I am having the same issues.  I have updated both my IOS and the fitbit app.  the app can not find my fitbit, nether can my iPhone.  I have also removed my charge from both my app and my iPhone and then added it back in.  It finds it connects, updates my app, then slowly starts losing time, won't connect to Bluetooth or the app, no notifications nothing.........  I am currently trying your suggestion.

rebooted my phone. Rebooted my charge....  my iPhone says no connection to charge.  Fitbit app cant find it either.  😞

I haven't had this fitbit for five months yet,  it was a replacement for the last one that pretty much did the same thing, but with no IOS update to complicate the issue.

Hello @Pubby

I see your having syncing issues as well. I understand that after attempting my suggestions from my previous post your still experiencing issues. My next suggestion would be to just reinstall the Fitbit App. I have seen doing this does indeed resolve most problems. You will not lose any data doing this.

Here’s how:

1. Log out of the Fitbit app and force shut the app by swiping up

2. uninstall the Fitbit App from your device

3. now completely shut down your device and wait about 1 min then restart your device

4. once your device has reloaded reinstall the Fitbit app by downloading it from the App Store

5. once it’s installed, log into your device as you normally would with username and password

6. don’t touch anything in the app...just wait until you get a prompt from your Bluetooth.

7. When prompted by your Bluetooth tap yes

8. now try to sync

😃 Keep me posted

No unfortunately it didn't . When I go to sync on my phone is tells me to
turn bluetooth on to allow Fitbit- and it is already on! So frustrating!
