I hadn't noticed until my bike ride today that my Fitbit isn't auto-detecting exercises and logging them. I looked at my history and noticed it correlates with my iPhone 7 purchase. All other features work as expected. My auto-detect is set to 15 mins and I biked for 30 mins today. My wifes' Fitbit (with an older iPhone) auto-detected. Am I missing something? Any help is appreciated.

I'm happy to see you joined the Community @ArtofWar! 🙂
I'm not sure that getting an iPhone 7 would cause your tracker to stop auto recording your exercise but it does look weird.
At this point, I can suggest restarting your tracker. For this, put your tracker to charge as you would normally do and while it's charging, press and hold the button for about 5 seconds. This will bring the Fitbit logo on the display and after that, you can let go off the button and use it as you would normally do.
Keep an eye on it and see if the situation improves after restarting your tracker and if you continue to experience the same issue, let me know and I'll be happy to help!
