Notification menu option not opening in the Fitbit app

I just switched, today, from a Versa to Versa 3. I’ve connected it to my phone, unconnected the old Versa, and went through all of the set up. I’m able to receive my text message notifications and phone calls to my Versa 3, but I’m unable to receive Facebook notifications. In the app, when I go to the Notification button, under the Versa 3, I cannot even open up the Notification part. I click on it, it blinks the darker shade but doesn’t open up. I’m able to open up every other button except that one. I didn’t have this issue with the prior Versa. I’ve logged in and out of the FitBit App, deleted and redownloaded the app, I’ve restarted my phone, and restarted the Versa 3, and nothing is helping. Any other advice?

Hi there, @JRoss89@Blondiebigheart, and @AmandaJaye. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your posts and for trying to troubleshoot the issue with the Notification menu in the Fitbit app.

Please make sure that your Fitbit app is running version 3.39.2. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store to update if you haven't already

In the meantime I'd suggest you to try syncing your watch to make sure all your data is saved and then proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Now, you can go ahead and try to set up your notifications. For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

I've moved your post to the iOS App board for organization purposes.
