Third-party notifications aren’t showing up on my new Versa 3 and when I try to click on “Notifications” in the Fitbit app under my Versa 3, it doesn’t do anything. It’s like it’s frozen or a dead link.

Hi there, @Nick2000. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

Please make sure that your Fitbit app is running version 3.39.2. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store to update if you haven't already. 

In the meantime I'd suggest you to try syncing your watch to make sure all your data is saved and then proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Now, you can go ahead and try to set up your notifications. For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? 

I've moved your post to the iOS App board for organization purposes.
