I have the Alta and since upgrading iPhone my notifications no longer work, when I try to set it up it says I need to set up Bluetooth pairing, but whenever I tap that the loading wheel spins until the screen turns off. The same happens for all day syncing. It says connected when I go to iPhone settings, how do I fix this?

@Hattief  Do you possibly still have your old phone?  If so, it may still be paired/bonded with that one.  If you do have it, go the the settings and under Bluetooth, tell it to "forget this device".
