I received my Fitbit Ionic yesterday. I did the setup and turned on all of the notifications. I am still unable to receive text messages on my Fitbit. I can receive Fitbit and Facebook messages but no text messages. I’ve restarted my phone , deleted the Fitbit app and reinstalled. Basically tried everything.

I don't know enough about the iPhone. Have you searched the iOS board? I see many solved threads. One or more will have your answer.
