My charge 2 stopped receiving notifications not long after this last update.  Today I bought a charge 4 and the notifications still are not working.  I have done all the things listed and checked the DND and nothing.  Super frustrating and I cannot get it fixed.   Call to support today was useless

I’m having same problem recently. I have iPhone XR. Was it since last IOS update? Or Fitbit update?  I’m hoping someone can figure this out as I rely on those notifications...so frustrating.

I have an iPhone 7 and recently stopped receiving text messages and phone IDs on my Charge 2. :(. Recently updated my iPhone to iOS 14.
