I'm helping my wife how to get rid of "99" on upper right corner of the Fitbit app. I can't seem to figure out a way to clear it. There's no messages, or inbox, I mean everything don't match number of "items 99". I tried factory reset on Fitbit, remove app and re-install, reboot iphone XR and 99 still show. I don't want to set the banner off. That's not going to solve it. So do you have any other idea?
Thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @sneakernet.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend doing the following:
- Log out of the app: tap your profile's picture, swipe up and log out.
- Force quit the app.
- Restart your phone once again.
- Log into the Fitbit app and check if the issue persists.
By the way, I've moved your post to the iOS App board so we can keep our forums organized.
Hope this helps.
