Option to log foods with decimal points instead of fractions.

I just switched from an android to an iPhone and I don’t like the inaccuracy of my food log due to fractions instead of decimals. Is there a way to switch it to the decimal system?

Example: (2.33 oz) instead of 2 3/4 oz
