Oxygen levels stopped reporting

i have stopped receiving oxygen levels on my sleep tracker. I was getting them but did not receive anything the last few nights. I have tried moving the Fitbit to a spot further up my arm but no results . I am a premium subscriber

Hi @Neseven and welcome to the forum. Thanks for letting us know you are a Premium user. 

I had the same issue. This is how I solved it with the help of Support. 

  • Sync your device to your phone
  • Then remove the device from your account in the Fitbit app.
  • Log out of your Fitbit app.
  • Erase the data on the device.
  • Log back in to the Fitbit app on the phone. 
  • Add the device back to your account

That did it for me. Please let me know tomorrow if you see your EOV graph. 

 

P.s. Don’t worry about your data. It will be saved in your account and will reappear one you log back in.
