Pace still not working

Pace showing wrong for 5 months no updates have worked still shows incorrect splits

Same for me!!  Shopping for new watches now.  I really really hate to give up my Fitbit, but it literally DOES NOT WORK.  I refuse to buy the Google watch because Google is responsible for destroying Fitbit.  Why would I give anymore money to Google??

I am still having this problem with my Fitbit Charge 5. My Fitbit app is version 4.32 for my iPhone 14 Pro.

The pace feature used to work earlier this year, but hasn’t worked for months now. Each lap says it is a mile, but that is far from correct. For example, today’s walk was reported as 2.29 miles in 37 minutes with a pace of 16’ 30” per mile which is totally believable. The reported pace breakdown is: lap 1 - 10’ 15”/mi; lap 2 - 9’ 36”/mi; lap 3 - 9’ 43”/mi; lap 4 - 11’ 25”/mi.

Also, I am no longer provided voice mile times as was previously provided by my Fitbit Charge 3.
