I cannot pair with my ipad i have restarted the app and restarted the ipad but i is just saying not working i have checked all similar queries and followed all suggestions will it be the charge hr which is corrupt? Ihave previouslu had paired a flex with no problem at all i have removed this from my account and have created a new account i am out of ideas and going mad please help???

To see if the issue is with your replacement tracker I would recommend turning off the Bluetooth of any other device around. Then, please follow @SunsetRunner's steps to set up your Fitbit Charge HR as a replacement device. If this doesn't work please be so kind to contact the Support team. They will let you know what can be done as soon as possible.
