My old phone, which we sent back into the company and was whiped of all data, used to be paired to my Fitbit charge (the phone was an LG G3). I've tried pairing it to my new phone, an IPhone 7. I wasn't able to pair it and I've tried logging into my old account, but I don't remember the password or email which I used. Is there any way I can whipe the Fitbit so I can pair it to my new phone?

It's great to see new faces around @Kmarshall66! 

 

The only way to access to your account is at least remember the email address that is link to your account, if you don't remember it you can create a new account using a different email account.
