Welcome to the Forums @Lisadawson. If you are trying to setup the call/text notifications feature, I recommend following the instructions provided in the How do I setup calls and texts notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post. Now, if you weren't trying to do this, let me know what feature you want to enable.
