Charge2, apple phone. Seems to be syncing with my email acct because I get weekly reports but isn’t syncing with the app. It does show cal burned but that’s it. I have undone reconnected etc. sometimes it helps but only for the day. Yes it shows that I’m connected but won’t sync with pull down or sync now. Tired of fighting this with Fitbit. Love it when it works but seems to not want to sync as soon as it’s a yr old. Tired of replacing them

Mine does the same. Says connected but makes no attempt to sync.  Says last sync was last night.  Did it on Christmas Day, possibly also New years day And again today.  Usually syncing again after about 24 hours.  Irritating.  Great when it works.  Better if it worked all the time
